INTRODUCTION TO GERSON THERAPY There are many books describing this therapy, the book "Options, The Alternative Cancer Therapy Book" written by Richard Walters in 1993 is selected here because it is not lengthy and the description is relatively complete. Instead of abstracting the content the pages are scanned here to prevent possible error in the interpretation. It is highly recommended that cancer patient who read this section to purchase a copy of the book for reference (can be purchased online through www.Amazon.com). It has been 17 years since the book was published yet most of the alternative treatments mentioned in the book are still valid.
